With 22 years of experience in medicine and medical aesthetics, I saw firsthand the limitations of traditional women’s health, skincare and body contouring treatments. Many clients came to me frustrated after trying countless solutions without results that last. This inspired me to study human physiology and the biological processes behind cellulite, adipose tissue, and aging, uncovering that cellulite is not simply genetic but a connective tissue disorder that can be effectively addressed with the right approach.

That discovery led me to develop Renew XIII™, an advanced, non-laser treatment that combines multiple therapeutic methods in one system to target stubborn fat cells and restore connective tissue at the same time. By addressing both the underlying fat and the structural tissue that causes dimpling, Renew XIII™ delivers smoother, firmer results that last compared to single-method treatments such as CoolSculpting, SculpSure, Cellfina, or Cellulaze.

As the Founder of Glowing + Grace®, I have combined naturopathic medicine with advanced biology to offer treatments that do not just mask symptoms but address root causes. My mission is simple: to deliver results through science-backed care.

Driven by a commitment to medicine, I became a Certified Naturopathic Medicine Practitioner to expand the options available to my clients. This integration of cellular health, aesthetics, and whole-body care allows me to deliver results that last, helping every client experience radiant health at any age. Today, I continue to pioneer new approaches and educate others, ensuring women have access to safe, effective, and transformative wellness solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in business administration and client relations, she specializes in creating meaningful connections and ensuring every client feels seen, valued, and supported. Her leadership combines strategy with compassion, guiding our team to deliver excellence at every step of your wellness journey.

Outside of work, Burlie treasures life with her husband and two energetic boys, Sam and Mav. She finds joy in crocheting, reading, and sharing coffee conversations that spark connection. Her balance of professional expertise and personal warmth reflects the very spirit of Glowing + Grace®, where care is both personal and transformational.
